Agreement

By texting our service number you agree to these terms. ara.so is operated by Ara Software, Inc. (“Ara”, “we”, “us”).

The service

ara.so generates and deploys websites in response to text messages. Site URLs, generated content, and any custom domains you point at us remain your responsibility. You must own (or be licensed to use) any content, names, or likenesses you ask us to ship.

Acceptable use

You may not use ara.so to:

• Publish illegal, harassing, or hateful content.
• Impersonate someone else, mislead users, or violate someone else's IP.
• Distribute malware, phishing, or spam.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to overwhelm the service or its infrastructure.
• Bypass authentication, rate-limits, or other protections.

We can suspend or terminate accounts and take down sites that violate these rules.

Billing

Free tier requires no payment. Paid plans bill monthly or annually. You can cancel any time and will retain access for the rest of the billing period.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee about availability, fitness, or that generated content will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
